From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The complimentary ginger cake was a delightful surprise during our afternoon tea.

Unfortunately, the parking situation could have been better signposted. Carrying our luggage from the lot in the rain would have dampened our spirits.

Outdated decor in some areas detracted from the experience, while noise from the bar at night disrupted the peace, making it challenging to relax after a long day.

The hotel is just a few steps away from the charming Killarney House Gardens and only a short walk from the vibrant Killarney Outlet Centre, making it a fantastic spot for leisurely city strolls and exploring local attractions during my stay as a single traveler. however, there's no on-site parking, which can be inconvenient if you're carrying luggage.

nice experience but some details missed

The spacious room was very comfortable for my family. We appreciated the kindness of the staff when we lost a ring and their effort to help us find it. The Celtic art throughout the hotel added a unique charm, especially the ballet dancer decorations which resonated with us due to our family's love for dance.

The location wasn't as central as we expected.

we loved the charming old world feel at arbutus. the early check-in was a fantastic touch, and our classic double room was beautifully decorated. breakfast was a highlight, especially the delicious omelette! it’s super close to the town center, making exploring easy.

I had such a lovely stay recently! The cozy pub with warm tunes created a relaxed vibe, and the omelettes at breakfast were huge and delicious. I’d absolutely choose this place again!

We stayed for 2 nights and loved the atmosphere! The breakfast was decent, with a nice continental selection. The best part was the pub downstairs where live music created a fun party feel. However, noise from the bar was pretty loud, making it tough to snooze.
